Favenrose Returns and Ritual Guidelines

At Favenrose, everything we create is blended in small, intentional batches. Because our artisanal perfumes and skincare formulas are personal and delicate by nature, we approach returns with thoughtfulness, care, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Returns and Exchanges on Unused Goods

If you change your mind about an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at favenrosecreations@gmail.com to get started.

(Please note that return shipping costs are on you, and original shipping fees aren't refundable.)

When Something Arrives Less Than Perfect

We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong blend, please let us know within 48 hours at favenrosecreations@gmail.com. Take a photo of the damage, and we’ll correct it with a replacement or a refund.

Ground the Loop: A Sustainable Alternative

Self-care is an intimate ritual, and sometimes a formula just isn't the right match for your skin and aura. While we can’t accept returns on opened products for safety reasons, we invite you to lean into our Ground the Loop glass container return program. You can send back your clean, empty Favenrose glass bottles and jars so they can be properly recycled, and you'll receive an offering toward your next ritual favorite.

Refunds

Once your return arrives back at our studio, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. It can take about 5 to 7 business days for it to show up in your account.
